Rogan Davies has been appointed as Group Chief Executive Officer of O’Keeffe & Swartz effective 1 July 2016.
Rogan takes on the role of Group CEO backed by a well-established pedigree within the call centre business, and especially in sales. He joins OKS from ABSA/Barclays where he held positions as Head of the Retail Sales & Service Call Centre as well as Head of Collections Operations Strategy, Change and Optimisation. Rogan has extensive experience in the South African financial services sector and has held numerous senior banking executive positions including sales operations, call centre strategy and management, collections and recoveries strategy.
