Novare Equity Partners has announced the appointment of Naledi Mongoato as an investment analyst.

Novare Equity Partners, the private equity fund manager focused on investment in sub-Saharan Africa, has announced the appointment of Naledi Mongoato as an investment analyst.

Mr Mongoato started his career in 2007 at PricewaterhouseCoopers where he completed his articles to qualify as a chartered accountant. During this period he gained valuable experience conducting statutory audits of blue chip companies.

He subsequently joined Cliffe Dekker Hofmeyer as financial manager, and in February 2011, Mr Mongoato joined Basileus Capital as a private equity analyst where his responsibilities included analysis and research of a diverse range of industries.

He joined Novare Equity Partners in April 2013 as an investment analyst responsible for conducting research into potential investment opportunities in sub-Saharan Africa. He is also currently studying towards a master’s degree in financial and risk management at the University of Cape Town.
