Novare Actuaries & Consultants grows its professional team

Puseletso Mbele.

Puseletso Mbele has joined Novare Actuaries and Consultants, the independent advisory business providing investment consulting services to institutional clients throughout Southern Africa, as a fund manager responsible for client fund management and client relations.

A BComm (Risk Management) graduate from University of South Africa, Puseletso’s career began in 2005 as a foreign exchange consultant at First National Bank. She gained valuable experience at Noah Financial Innovation where she was employed from August 2007 as research sales assistant responsible for maintaining financial administrative records and formatting presentations and reports.

In 2010 she joined Investec Asset Management as direct desk investment consultant, before being promoted to client services consultant. Puseletso was appointed as portfolio manager assistant at Sasfin Securities in 2014.

She joined Riscura in November 2014 as client services manager. Her responsibilities included investment manager research, reporting on client performance and providing feedback on risk, and assisting with asset liability modelling and portfolio construction.

Puseletso joined Novare in October 2015 and is based in Johannesburg.
