NFP Appointments
Gordon Yuill has been appointed as Managing Director of NFP Distribution (Pty) Ltd effective 01 February 2008
Rising rapidly through the ranks of his broker consultancy at Sage Life found Gordon Yuill becoming the youngest branch manager at age 23; developing new initiatives and managing various regional broker service operations in some of the major business centres in South Africa.
The ability to easily combine left and right brain thinking has meant Gordon is both comfortable in relating to people, and excelling in creative thinking to improve sales and profitability. Higher-than-budgeted sales targets are de rigueur for his loyal management team; and by shifting the emphasis from product-driven to relationship-driven, distribution has been upgraded and consolidated.

Dan Lezar has been appointed as a Non Executive Director to the National Financial Partners (Pty) Ltd Board.
In 1972 Dan’s passion for people led him to learning the ropes of financial planning. Eighteen months later he had converted his garage into an office and was trading under “Dan Lezar Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd”. After selling this company to Fedlife in 1985, he started “Razel Finance (Pty) Ltd.” and “Alberton Insurance Brokers (Pty) Ltd”. The Razel Group has become a household name in Alberton as a premier financial services company.
The IPC Group commenced with Dan as founder member in 1985 where he served as Chairman for a spell and in 2000 IPC became “The Senate Group” where Dan is currently Vice Chairman and takes over as Chairman in 2009. Dan was a member of the “Million Dollar Round Table” for 25+ years where he attained the “Top of The Table” status for 15 years and is a Certified Financial Planner since passing his exams in 1986.
Dan is motivated by his desire to help families achieve their personal financial goals and was awarded the “Alberton Millennium Entrepreneur” in 1999 by the then Alberton Chamber of Commerce.
