Abigail Wilson this week took up the newly created role of Client Relationship Manager at 10X Investments, the disruptive asset manager, with a mission to “wow” clients.

Abigail, who is a Certified Financial Planner, joined the retail team at 10X at the beginning of the year. She quickly stood out for her dedication to detail and ability to build an easy rapport with clients and colleagues alike.

Emma Heap, Head of Retail at 10X, said the creation of this “very exciting new role” demonstrated the company’s willingness to continue to invest in the customer experience.

“For the last two years we have focussed on building a retail business, which has allowed investors to invest their hard-earned savings in a retirement fund that serves their needs: delivering consistently high returns at a fraction of the industry’s usual cost,” says Heap.

“Our dedicated ‘Client First’ approach has enabled us to build a strong retail business rescuing thousands of investors from high-cost investment products,” she adds.

“In our continued drive to keep the investor at the front and centre of what we do at 10X, the CRM role has been created to ensure that we continue to manage and build relationships with our clients,” adds Heap, who goes on to say that she can’t imagine anyone more suited for the role than Abigail, who “cares deeply about detail and strives for perfection”.

By her own admission, Abigail is a natural 'sweeper', tying up any loose ends, making sure everyone is happy with every detail.

“We're looking forward to seeing the value she will add to both clients and 10X in this role,” says Heap.
