The Banking and Finance practice at Norton Rose Fulbright South Africa expands its Africa focus with the appointment of Patrick Colegrave as a director of the Firm’s Africa practice based in Johannesburg and Harare.

Patrick, an English-qualified solicitor, also admitted as a solicitor in in the Eastern Caribbean and attorney in the Cayman Islands, brings international and local experience spanning in-house counsel and private practice. Patrick has been active on the African continent for several years, advising on inbound investments through a wide range of investment structures and vehicles ranging from private equity to permanent capital vehicles to  more liquid open-ended hedge fund arrangements.
