New positions at FSB

The Financial Services Board (FSB) has announced appointments to two Deputy Executive Officers positions.

Dube Tshidi, who has been with the FSB since 1994 and who was previously Deputy Executive Officer (DEO) for Retirement Funds, takes over as DEO for Investment Institutions (oversight of the Capital Markets and Collective Investment Schemes) from Rob Barrow who was appointed Executive Officer of the FSB in July last year.

Jurgen Boyd who has been head of the department of Collective Investment Schemes since 2000, takes over from Dube Tshidi as DEO for Retirement Funds.

The positions, effective from 1 May this year, have been approved by the Minister of Finance the Honourable Mr Trevor Manuel.
