Joseph Makgopa, Head of Governance at MiWay
Admitted attorney Joseph Makgopa joined MiWay as Head of Governance on 1 February 2020.
Mr Makgopa joins the short-term insurer from the Santam Group, where he was the Head of Corporate Legal Services for over seven years. Prior to joining Santam in 2001, Mr Makgopa practised as an attorney.
“We are delighted that Joseph has joined us. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the insurance industry and we have no doubt that he will make his mark at MiWay as well,” says MiWay CEO, René Otto.
