New Head for Infiniti

19 August 2013 | People and Companies | Appointments | Infiniti Insurance

The board of directors of Infiniti Insurance Ltd is delighted to announce that Sharon Paterson has accepted an offer to succeed Paul Cluer as the Chief Executive Officer of Infiniti Insurance Limited.

Sharon’s keen ability to manage the risks inherent in an insurance business and her obvious appreciation for the dual imperatives of astute and pragmatic client relationship management as well as business development make her eminently suitable to fulfil the requirements of the CEO position. Her previous mandate was to develop and grow Infiniti’s relationships and business with our broker clients, as well as to arrange and maintain Infiniti’s reinsurance programme. Sharon joined Infiniti in 2008 and has served as an executive director since late 2010.

Paul will resign his executive responsibilities at Infiniti to focus on his role as Chief Executive at Foord Asset Management (Pty) Ltd, which has experienced substantial growth in the last three years. He will continue to contribute to Infiniti as a non-executive director.

Paul has ushered Infiniti through a period in which particular attention was given to the consolidation of the company’s position in the market. Characterised by precision and a fastidious sense of order and detail, Paul’s contribution to the company has been invaluable.

As CEO, backed by a strong executive team, Sharon will leverage off her already established reputation and credibility in the market to implement the company’s strategic vision while ensuring a continuation of the high quality service given to you, Infiniti’s partners.

The board and shareholders of Infiniti will continue to give Sharon and the executive team their full support.
