New Company Secretary for PPS

PPS Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Lucien Caron to the position of Group Company Secretary.
Lucien holds both a Bachelor of Arts and LLB degree from the University of the Witwatersrand as well as an Advanced Diploma in Company Law, from Rand Afrikaans University (now known as University of Johannesburg). He is also in the process of completing his CIS through The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators.
This, combined with his 13 years of company secretarial experience puts Lucien in the ideal position to assist PPS in covering a wide spectrum of specialist functions with regards to Company Secretariat, Group Compliance, Group Risk Management and Group Corporate Legal.
