New Board Appointments at Credit Guarantee

Credit Guarantee, South Africa's leading insurer of company debtors, announces that Alwyn Martin, director of companies, has been appointed to the position of chairman of the board. He succeeds Bruce Campbell, past MD of Mutual & Federal who resigned from the position last month. Amongst others, Mr Martin also sits on the boards of Datacentrix, Santam and Trans Hex.
Mr Keith Kennedy, the new Managing Director of Mutual & Federal, has been appointed as a non-executive director on Credit Guarantees board.
