1. Kabelo Letebele has been appointed Senior Manager: Risk at Medscheme
2. Chantal Sham has been appointed Senior Manager: Talent Management within the Human Capital Centre of Excellence at Medscheme
3. Grace Ncube has been appointed Senior Manager: GEMS Communications and Member Affairs at Medscheme


Kabelo Letebele – Senior Manager: Risk

Kabelo Letebele has been appointed Senior Manager: Risk at Medscheme, effective August 2, 2010.

Letebele has a diploma and BTech degree in public relations management as well as a postgraduate diploma in business administration specialising in risk management, and information and knowledge management.

Before joining Medscheme, Letebele was a public relations manager at Wesbank. He joined Medscheme in 2007 as a communication specialist. Medscheme wishes him success in his new role.



Chantal Sham – Senior Manager: Talent Management

Chantal Sham has been appointed Senior Manager: Talent Management within the Human Capital Centre of Excellence with effect from August 1 2010.

Sham has an honours degree in Industrial Psychology from the University of Johannesburg.

She started her career as a recruitment specialist at Dial-a-student from 2000 to 2003 and then moved to First National Bank where she was an HR consultant for five years.

Sham joined Manto Management Consulting in October 2008 as a management consultant responsible for various strategic HR projects. Medscheme wishes Sham the best of success in her new role.


Grace Ncube – Senior Manager: GEMS Communications and Member Affairs

Grace Ncube has been appointed Senior Manager: GEMS Communications and Member Affairs with effect from 1 August 2010.

Ncube has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree from the Thames Valley University, London and is currently studying towards her MBA with Wits Business School.

She has extensive experience in the medical aid industry and worked in different departments in Medscheme since 1998 at various capacities before joining MHRS in 2002 as a wellness programme co-ordinator for the MedBenefit department.

Prior to her new appointment, Ncube was responsible for the MHRS Wellness Programme delivering wellness services to MHRS clients, corporate companies, municipalities and State Departments. Medscheme wishes Ncube success in her new position.
