New appointment at Profmed

Hendrik van den Berg has been appointed as the GM: New Business at Profmed, the largest restricted medical scheme in South Africa. Van den Berg is a teacher by qualification, as well as having passed the National Estate Agents Board exam, before moving on to spend the next 16 years of his career in the medical scheme industry, at various different schemes and as an independent broker.
In his new role at Profmed, he intends to turn his wealth of experience in the industry to exploring new avenues and generating new business for the medical scheme.
