Mutual & Federal recently appointed Louw Conradie to the position of regional sales manager for its Northern Sales Region. The short-term insurer is confident that Conradie’s experience and expertise will be an asset to the Company.

Among Conradie’s key responsibilities will be to generate growth and build brand equity, cement customer and broker relationships, develop a strong sales force and integrate and motivate staff in various branches.

Conradie has a wealth of experience in sales and marketing in the short-term insurance industry since he started his career at Mutual & Federal as a marketing agent in 1994. From there, he moved to Santam where he worked his way up the corporate ladder through various management and sales positions. Conradie held the position of portfolio manager at Absa for just over a year and, before returning to Mutual & Federal, he was the head of sales and marketing business for OUTsurance.

Conradie’s experience, combined with his passion for what he does, will prove highly beneficial to the performance of his region and the Company as a whole.
