Mutual & Federal appoints Executive for Personal Lines
Mutual & Federal, a member of the Old Mutual Group, has announced the appointment of Coenraad de Jager as Executive for Personal Lines, effective 1 November 2013.
De Jager brings nearly 30 years financial services industry experience to the short-term insurer, having worked for companies such as Sanlam, Volkskas, Absa and most recently, Towers Watson South Africa.

"We believe that he will play a critical role in turning our Personal Lines business back to profitability and ensure that it retains its leading position in the market”, he continues.
With De Jager's appointment, Mutual & Federal has completed the process of appointing executives for each of its newly segmented structures - the other two segments being Commercial & Africa and Corporate & Niche businesses. Mark Weston and Karen Miller were recently appointed to lead these segments, respectively.
