Momentum Metropolitan Holdings has appointed Lettie-Basani Phume as Group Human Capital Executive, effective 1 November 2021. She makes the move from her current role as Divisional Head: Human Capital for Momentum Client Engagement Solutions (CES).

Phume holds a Master of Commerce (MCom) degree focused on Leadership in Performance and Change – Human Resources Management from the University of Johannesburg, and brings extensive industry experience as a leader in Human Resources with over 20 years of experience – 13 of which have been in the insurance and financial services sector.

This experience includes HR Consulting, Remuneration and Benefits, Industrial Relations, Coaching, Succession Planning, Organisational Design, Talent Management, Change Management and Recruiting.

Her role will include the co-ordination and enablement of the organisation’s People Strategy, as well as providing direction on Human Capital-related practices including Organisational Effectiveness, Learning and Development, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Technology and Transformation, among others.
