Miway: Sherry Sibeko appointed as Executive Head for Personal Lines

Miway Insurance is pleased to announce the appointment of Sherry Sibeko as Executive Head for Personal Lines.
Sibeko joins Miway with over a decade of experience in the insurance sector, having held key leadership roles in sales, client services, and retentions. Most recently, she served as Operations Specialist: Commercial and Short-Term at OUTsurance, where she was responsible for multi-skilled team coordination, stakeholder engagement, and call centre operations.
Miway’s CEO, Burton Naicker, welcomed the appointment, stating: “Sherry brings a dynamic mix of leadership, industry expertise, and a real passion for delivering great customer experiences. She understands the evolving needs of policyholders and has a track record of driving meaningful change. We’re thrilled to have her on board and look forward to seeing how she shapes the future of our personal lines business."
Sibeko holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Business School and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Management from the University of Reading (United Kingdom). Her expertise in strategic execution, underwriting quality frameworks, and leadership development makes her a strong asset to MiWay as the company continues to innovate and grow in the personal lines segment.
