Aon South Africa has appointed Leon Rossouw as chairman of their mining and energy Global Practice Group, responsible for coordinating the group's sectoral effort in sub-Saharan Africa.
Rossouw has extensive experience in risk management, having spent the last 23 years with Alexander Forbes' metals and minerals division.
He was involved with many of the large international mining companies and major mining projects launched in southern Africa over the last 20 years.
