Nomvula Nxumalo has been appointed as the new Head of Transformation at MiWay with effect from 1 January 2021. She has a decade of experience in financial services and has latterly worked as Senior Group Transformation Manager at Telesure Investment Holdings. She completed the INSETA Captain of Industry programme at Henley Business School and the Executive Development Programme at Wits Business School.
Ntokozo Bhengu has been appointed as the new Head of Human Resources (HR) at MiWay, effective 1 January 2021. She has held numerous senior positions in HR at blue-chip companies like BCX, Marsh, Medscheme, Supersport, Unilever, Safcor and Deloitte. She holds a BA in Industrial Psychology and Economic Studies, a Diploma in Sales and Marketing, Management Advancement Programme (MAP), a Postgraduate Diploma in Business Administration (PDBA) and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA). Ntokozo has served as a Board Member at The Initiative for Strategic Litigation in Africa (ISLA).
