Alide Cronje: Manager – Corporate Governance Services, Maitland Corporate Services
Alida joined Maitland in June 2015. She Manages the Corporate Governance and Secretarial Services in Cape Town which provides Company Secretarial and Trust Administration Services to South African registered Companies. Before joining Maitland, Alida was a Senior Manager at Stonehage Fleming where she held various roles since 1997. Her last position before joining Maitland was Senior Manager, Fiduciary Administration Services. Alida is a Graduate of the Chartered Governance Institute of Southern Africa (Previously known as Chartered Secretaries Southern Africa) (GradICSA) and Associate Member (ACIS) of the Institute and recently acquired the Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS) qualification through the Association of Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialists (ACAMS) where she holds personal membership.
Candice Snyders: Manager – Corporate Financial Management Services, Maitland Corporate Services
Candice joined Maitland in 2016. She is a Chartered Accountant (SA), who qualified in 2012 after completing her articles at Deloitte. She manages the Maitland team that delivers corporate accounting, taxation, IFRS financial statement compilation and payroll services to an array of corporate clients, both locally and abroad. Candice has a BCom and a Post Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the University of Cape Town. She is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA)
Jan Reyneke: Manager – Structured Finance & Agency Services, Maitland Corporate Services
Jan joined Maitland in 2020 and has a background in accounting and corporate services spanning almost 17 years. Jan acts as director, trustee, committee member an public officer on various special purpose vehicles and other entities. He is involved in managing escrow and cash management arrangements and maintains strong relationships with key clients, financial institutions and business introducers. Jan worked previously at Geneva Management Group as Relationship Manager. Prior to that he was at TMF. He has a diploma in financial management.
