Louis Venter appointed as Head of Private Clients, Maitland

Louis Venter has been appointed as Head of Private Client Services in South Africa for Maitland, based in Gauteng.

Louis has a career in law and fiduciary services spanning 20 years. He has held senior management and leadership roles in both FirstRand (FNB Wealth) and Citadel and was also instrumental in bringing about a joint venture in 2001 between Naudes law firm, Citadel and Deloitte Private Clients, which later become Citadel Fiduciary Services.

Louis has extensive experience in both financial and fiduciary planning, including acting as professional trustee or director on trusts and other structures. He has a BComm Law from the University of the Free State and an LLB – Postgrad from UNISA. He was admitted as an attorney in 2000.
