Liberty appoints two new Board members

Liberty announces the appointment of Steven Braudo and Thabo Dloti as Executive Directors to the Boards of Liberty Holdings Limited and Liberty Group Limited.
Both Mr Braudo and Mr Dloti have extensive experience in leading asset management, retail insurance and employee benefits businesses. As STANLIB CEO, Mr Dloti has led the business to success and driven significant improvements in the Corporate business. Mr Braudo has led the turnaround of the Retail SA business to the point where it is again acknowledged as the innovative leader in the affluent retail market. Their skills and experience will further strengthen and complement those of the Board.
The appointments came into effect on 4 November 2013.
