IntegriSure Group - Board Appointments

Since its inception just over 12 years ago the IntegriSure Group has had steady and very successful growth. The group today serves more than 26000 clients throughout South Africa and consists of various companies providing broker and administration services to various markets. Our continued growth strategy as well as the exciting challenges the future holds for the group necessitate some organisational changes.

I am glad to announce that the following appointments were confirmed at the board meeting today:

Helen Szemerei as Group CEO.

Helen joined IntegriSure in 1992 and currently serve on the board of IntegriSure Brokers (Pty) Ltd. Helen has vast experience in insurance having worked on the insurer and intermediary side of insurance, gaining invaluable knowledge over the years.

Marlize Devantier as non executive director IntegriSure Brokers (Pty) Ltd.

Marlize has been consulting for IntegriSure for the past eight years. Marlize holds a Ph.D in Psychology and is well known for her innovative approach to HR and specifically her knowledge and modern approach towards people - company integration.

I look forward to the leadership of our new CEO. Helen is well known for her invigorating and modern leadership approach to business.
