Since its inception just over 12 years ago the IntegriSure Group has had steady and very successful growth. The group today serves more than 26000 clients throughout South Africa and consists of various companies providing broker and administration services to various markets. Our continued growth strategy as well as the exciting challenges the future holds for the group necessitate some organisational changes.

I am glad to announce that the following appointments were confirmed at the board meeting today:

Marlize Devantier as non executive director IntegriSure Brokers (Pty) Ltd.

Marlize has been consulting for IntegriSure for the past eight years. Marlize holds a Ph.D in Psychology and is well known for her innovative approach to HR and specifically her knowledge and modern approach towards people - company integration.

I look forward to the leadership of our new CEO. Helen is well known for her invigorating and modern leadership approach to business.

The executive directors are Arnold van der Linde (Executive Chair), Helen Szemerei (CEO) and Paul Hiemstra (CFO). Visit the Web site to meet the rest of the management team http://www.integrisure.co.za/
