Innovation Group (Pty) today announced the appointment of Vimal Jairam as head of customer service and Pieter Smit as general manager continuous improvement.

Vimal is a highly accomplished management professional with over 14 years' experience in the contact centre industry. He is passionate about driving and enhancing customer service levels and leading teams to deliver a memorable customer journey.

Pieter joins the group with a strong IT background and over 26 years' experience. A seasoned Project Management professional, he has a keen focus on process improvement and driving sustainable business results.
