Hannover RE Group Africa appoints additional directors to its board

Hannover Re Group Africa is pleased to welcome Mr. Mohlabani Mojaki Kgosana as a non-executive director to the Boards of Hannover Re Group Africa and its operating subsidiaries.

Achim Klennert, Managing Director of Hannover Re Group Africa, says Mr Kgosana is a very welcome addition to the various boards. “Mr Kgosana brings many years of specialist IT expertise and broad business experience, which will prove hugely beneficial. We are looking forward to a long and prosperous relationship with Mr Kgosana and his valuable input to all the Boards.

Mr Kgosana has executive experience on the board of Britehouse SAP Specialist Division (Pty) Ltd as well as professional experience at Transnet, Johannesburg Water, Britehouse BI, Deloitte Consulting and Business Connexion.

“I am very much looking forward to working together with the various boards at Hannover Re Group Africa to strengthen and grow the Group’s position in the African market, and to play a role in guiding Hannover Re going forward,” says Mr Kgosana.

At the same time, Mr. Quintin Landman has been appointed to the boards of Hannover Re Group Africa and operating subsidiaries as Finance director.
