Nomzamo Ngqulana-Kasana

Nomzamo Ngqulana-Kasana has been appointed head of Human Resources at Glacier with effect from September 2010.

Anton Raath, chief executive of Glacier, said that Nomzamo’s experience within strategic HR management as well as organisational change and development made her the ideal candidate for the Glacier Exco and to head up Glacier’s HR team. He further added that her broad experience would be an asset for HR within the broader SPF HR arena.

Prior to joining Glacier, Nomzamo was head of Human Resources for the 2010 FIFA World Cup Local Organising Committee and was involved in formulating HR strategy initiatives for Clicks Centralised Distribution Centre, Musica and the Discom brand.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Educational Psychology, a BA (Degree) in Psychology from UWC as well as a Higher Diploma in Education.
