FPI welcomes Ntai Phoofolo as a new board member

The Financial Planning Institute of Southern Africa (FPI) Board of Directors are pleased to announce the appointment of Ntai Phoofolo, CFP® to its board, with effect from 29 November 2012.

Ntai is an Advocate of the High court of South Africa who obtained his LLB, LLM (International Law), Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, Advanced Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning from the University of the Free State (UFS) and is a CFP® professional. Phoofolo currently serves as a Business Development Manager at Investment Solutions. He has previously worked as a Legal Specialist at Momentum Wealth and Specialist Legal Adviser at Old Mutual.

Commenting on his appointment, Phoofolo said: “I’m very excited about my appointment and look forward to working alongside the other board members as well as the elected chairperson to further position the institute as a leader within the industry.”

Prem Govender, CFP®, Chairperson of the FPI said: “We are excited about Ntai’s appointment and look forward to working with him and are fully confident that he will do exceptionally well during his term of service. ”
