Bernie Ray, current Managing Director of Emerald Risk Transfer has been appointed as CEO with effect from 1 March 2013.
This announcement comes as a result of the imminent departure of Gary Corke, current CEO of Emerald, to the role of CEO of Stalker Hutchison Admiral (SHA).
Bernie has been Managing Director of Emerald since July 2009 and has been instrumental in its success working alongside Gary. He was admitted as an attorney in 1982 and practised until 1995 before he joined Guardian National as a senior legal advisor and later senior manager in the Legal and Client Services divisions.
