After graduating I joined M&F doing claims and training. Six months later Desdemona hit which was a huge learning curve for me. Thereafter I broked for 11 years. This enhanced my technical and management skills and taught me that values and ethics are an integral part of building relationships. Twelve years ago I joined Execuline, and as a director and shareholder it was my privilege to be part of building a team of 50.

I interact with brokers all the time, and a big concern of theirs is insurers lacking flexibility. Infiniti is absolutely the opposite. I previously worked with Sharon Paterson, the new CEO - her approach to both risk and people is energizing and refreshing.
