Coface appoints local CEO

Garth de Klerk (pictured right) has been appointed CEO of international credit insurer Coface South Africa.

He will be responsible for rolling out the Coface Trade Solutions offer to Sub-Saharan Africa.

This follows the completion of the transitional term by CEO Malcolm Guest who was appointed to the position from Coface (UK) to oversee the acquisition of CUAL and its transition to a Coface subsidiary. De Klerk has been with the company for 13 years and was previously Managing Director.
