CIB appoints Wilhelm von La Chevallerie

CIB Insurance Solutions has appointed Wilhelm von La Chevallerie as Director of Actuarial & Risk Services. Wilhelm holds a BCom (Hons) in Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa & the Institute of Actuaries in the UK. He joins the CIB Executive team from EMB SA Actuaries & Consultants.

The appointment of Wilhelm is described by Douglas Donnelly, CEO at CIB Insurance Solutions as, “A coup for (CIB) as Wilhelm is a sought after actuary in the industry and is highly regarded as a specialist in the areas of capital modelling, personal lines pricing and reinsurance issues.”
