Building Zurich South Africa’s Global Corporate Team

Zurich Insurance Company South Africa, a leading global insurer, has announced two internal appointments which will further strengthen the Company’s Global Corporate team.

Carryn Ford joins Global Corporate as Property Manager effective 2 May 2013. Carryn has 24 years of industry experience and her vast amount of property underwriting knowledge, coupled with her prior experience at AIG and ACE, will add greatly to the Global Corporate team.

James Ison has been appointed as Energy Leader for Global Corporate, with effect from 2 May 2013. In this role, James will develop Zurich’s strategy for the energy sector in both South Africa and Botswana. His 28 years of experience in corporate and commercial property underwriting place him in good stead for this new strategic role.
