Aon South Africa appoints new HR Director

Aon South Africa, a leading provider of risk management services, insurance and reinsurance brokerage, has appointed Disebo Monama (pictured) as HR Director with effect from the 15^th of October 2008.

Prior to joining Aon, Disebo held the position of Head of Human Resources at the South African Bureau of Standards responsible for developing the overall HR strategy for the business, as well as being a member of the SABS Executive Management Team. Before joining the SABS, Disebo was the Corporate Affairs Manager of Unilever SA in Durban.

Disebo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology and Criminology and a post-graduate diploma in Industrial Relations from the University of KwaZulu Natal.
