Aon Hewitt South Africa has announced the appointment of Ndivhuwo Manyonga, as its new Deputy CEO with immediate effect. Manyonga joins with more than 10 years experience in the financial services industry across a broad range of disciplines including

She is a qualified actuary and a fellow of the Actuarial Society of South Africa, in addition to having obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Actuarial Science and a Bachelor of Business Science in Actuarial Science.

Prior to joining Aon Hewitt, Manyonga co-founded and acted as Managing Director of a Greenfield Business providing employee benefit consulting services.

“I believe that Aon Hewitt has the ingredients for the makings of a phenomenal growth story and I am very excited to be a part of it. We already play a leading role in the healthcare consulting space and I am looking forward to working with colleagues across the wider Aon business to achieve the same growth across all areas of the business,” says Manyonga.

According to Jaco Kok, CEO at Aon Hewitt SA, Manyonga has already had a positive influence on the business and her expertise will help greatly in the company’s aim to become one of the leading players in South Africa in the employee benefits, retirement, actuarial and healthcare space.
