Adrian Allardice has been appointed head of Asset Allocation and Strategy, following the resignation of Charles de Kock.
Allardice has 27 years of experience in the investment industry and joined the company in 1987.
The company also announced the appointment of Craig Whittle, who will join the value team from Coronation.
