AIG promotes Shaun Scandling

Shaun Scandling

AIG is pleased to announce that Shaun Scandling has been promoted to the role of Property and Special Risks Leader, AIG Africa. Shaun will be heading up the Property and Special Risks team which includes Property, Aviation, Marine and SME. His primary role will be to provide strategic leadership and support to the various business unit Leads including Sales.

Shaun has been in the insurance industry for the past 20 years and has experience with both insurers and brokers across a broad range of specialities. The majority of his career has been spent in the aviation insurance space where he had successfully operated an underwriting business supported by AIG. In 2012 he joined AIG and has held several leadership roles including Special Risks Leader for SME, Marine and Aviation.
