Affinity appointment : Michael Zambelli

Recently appointed Director, Michael Zambelli brings to Affinity a defined passion for making a difference to the distribution environment, he is passionate about three things;  the right client, the right product and the right people.

Michael says that when he has the right combination of the three, he is able to not only truly share his passion and energy, but attain excellent results, leading to a win-win situation for all.

He brings his product and distribution experience of 15yrs to Affinity, spanning across Life and Short Term Insurance.  Michael is enjoying the challenges that an entrepreneurial and independently owned Brokerage allows in his average working day, involving himself in the management and the sales aspects of the business, with the specific focus to drive Affinity towards enhanced production and service levels. 

My commitment is to cultivate the sound business practices of Affinity and placing the needs of the client first, as the client takes priority in all facets of our business.  says Michael.

Our first priority was to align the business and our people, and I am pleased to say that with the assistance of an outsourced consultant we have made significant progress in this area. Affinity is currently reaping the rewards of this achievement, as we are consistently reaching and exceeding our sales targets month to month.  

We have a fine tuned infrastructure and, our current staff compliment our newly defined commitments and goals to moving our business to the next level.
