Achmalia Sauls appointed as Head of Advice Operations at Graviton

Graviton is pleased to announce the appointment of Achmalia Sauls as Head of Advice Operations, effective 8 January 2026.

Achmalia brings more than 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with expertise spanning financial planning, coaching, and product development.

Prior to joining Graviton, she held roles at Old Mutual Wealth and Sanlam, specialising in estate planning, retirement strategies, and technical consulting. She holds a BCom, BCom Honours, a Postgraduate Diploma in Financial Planning, a Postgraduate Diploma in Estate Planning, as well as certifications in SAFe Product Ownership and Coaching for Development.

In her new role, Achmalia will be responsible for delivering operational support that enables financial advisers to provide compliant, efficient, and high quality service to their clients.
