Episode 1 - the pressure is on
In this explosive season opener, the contestants will dive straight into the deep end, combining real-world business risks with critical decision-making under intense pressure. You won’t want to miss this!
Setting the scene
After an intense selection process with over a hundred applicants, only 20 top contestants remain to battle it out. In this high-energy episode, sponsored by Aon South Africa, they’re tasked with a challenge that could make or break their future in insurance. They’ll adopt a real South African business, assess its top 3 risks, and create a 90-day survival plan - all while managing a tight budget of R100 000. But that’s not all. Just when they think they’ve got it figured out, a curveball will throw their plans into disarray. Can they adapt in time?
It’s a race against time, and only those who can prioritise, adapt, and communicate effectively will come out on top.
