As travelers have found themselves stranded in the UK and Europe following the volcanic ash cloud that has grounded flights for over a week, B&B and guesthouse owners in South Africa have had to cancel bookings for some of the travelers who have made plans to visit South Africa and as a result the owners of these guesthouses have lost income.

For the last three years, BnB SURE has had an extension on the policy that covers loss of income following the cancellation by a guest beyond the control of the guest and this would certainly fall into that category.
