Insurance Bill published by parliament

The Insurance Bill [B1-2016] was tabled in parliament on 27 January 2016 and has been published by parliament.

No comment has been invited by parliament yet. The Bill is at the first stage of the legislative process. Those affected should start preparing any submissions they want to make because there will be an opportunity to do so.

The Bill is a long one and parliamentary committees are busy. We recommend that any submissions made are not longer than necessary.
