JSE listing fast tracked for Capital & Regional

Company takes advantage of the fast-track listing process to inwardly list on the Main Board.

Today, the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) welcomed Capital & Regional Properties Limited (JSE: ILU) to the Main Board as the 2nd company to make use of the JSE’s fast-track listing process. The fast-track listing process, which was introduced in 2014, allows international companies that have been admitted to other major stock exchanges for a period of at least 18 months to secondary list on the JSE.
