Vunani Capital Holdings, the black owned and managed financial services group, has acquired a 65% interest in the equities, bond, money market and derivatives broker Vector Securities. Management owns the balance of the equity.
Vector Securities, which incorporates Vector Equities, a JSE equities member and Vector Securities and Derivatives, a Bond Exchange and SAFEX member, has been operating as an institutional broker for the past eleven years.
Vunani started life as a unit within African Harvest several years ago.
