Following the phenomenal success of the Logic Series Guaranteed Growth Plan and Guaranteed Income Plan, Logic Series have now introduced the exciting new Guaranteed Equity Plan. This exciting investment product offers investors exposure to the JSE Sec

Exclusively for Independent Brokers
Independent brokers must remain up-to-date with the latest developments and best products in the market to ensure their clients get the best advice. Logic Series offers brokers and their clients another investment alternative, using excellent credit rated instruments to offer a guarantee as well as exposure to the JSE TOPI40 Index.

Linked to the JSE TOPI40 Index
The policy tracks the movements of the JSE TOPI40 Index and the increases in the index value are reflected in the returns on the policy.

The JSE TOPI40 Index is compiled using the Top 40 shares of the JSE, both listed international and local companies, according to market capitalisation and liquidity. These shares represent roughly 85% of the JSE’s total value, offering the investor excellent exposure to the JSE. The index tracks the average movement of the underlying share prices on a day-to-day basis.

Guaranteed
The Guaranteed Equity Plan is an endowment policy, which as a minimum guarantees a maturity value equal to the original investment amount, or a 115% guarantee of the initial investment on maturity. The option to enjoy the 115% capital guarantee will influence the maximum maturity value.

The product further consists of equity derivatives geared to have the same percentage positive growth as the JSE TOPI40, as if the full initial investment was invested in the index.

The maturity value is further protected against equity market volatility by using average values of the JSE TOPI40 over the last months of the plan.

This innovative product is underwritten by Clientèle Life Assurance Company Limited and the underlying instruments are sourced and/or supplied by Investec Bank Limited.
