You will play a crucial role in helping individuals and businesses achieve their financial goals through comprehensive financial solutions. We seek motivated professionals with a proven track record in financial advisory services.
You will be required to:
- Conduct thorough financial needs analyses for clients to understand their goals and objectives.
- Develop and implement customised financial plans to meet clients' short and long-term goals.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, reviewing their financial plans regularly and adjusting as needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills to serve clients better.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective goals and contribute to the overall success of the organisation.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum academic requirement: RE 5 (Essential).
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Wealth Management-NQF 5) (Preferred).
- Minimum two years' experience in financial advisory services.
- Proven track record of success in face-to-face sales and client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of life & wealth products and industry regulations.
- Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and strategic thinking.
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
- Professional appearance.
