The Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) hereby confirms that Discovery Health Medical Scheme and Quantum Medical Aid Society will merge with effect from 1 August 2021.
The Registrar of Medical Schemes has confirmed the exposition in terms of Section 63(6)(a) of the Medical Schemes Act (131 of 1998) for the transaction to be concluded.
