Online wills for estates below R10M

21 October 2020 Old Mutual Wealth Fiduciary Services

A valid will, with clear and concise instructions, is one of the most important documents a client will prepare in his or her lifetime, regardless of the value and composition of the estate.

While larger estates require a more bespoke solution, Old Mutual Wealth Fiduciary Services has partnered with Lighthouse Trust and Corporate to provide financial planners with a seamless online offering aimed at estates valued below R10 million.

To use this service, financial planners will initially be required to register and will need to select Old Mutual Wealth Fiduciary Services in the brokerage field. Upon completion, financial planners will receive login details granting them access to this user-friendly system that will allow you to draft basic wills that have been compiled according to our rigorous guidelines and therefore fully comply with the Wills Act.
