FPI: Verifiable measure for online training

02 April 2020 FPI

The FPI certification department will accept the attendance reports extracted from online systems as a verifiable measure.
We need to remember the definition of Verifiable in BN 194: must be able to objectively verify the persons identification and that the person completed the CPD event.

If online reports support this requirement then they will be accepted.
As a guidance, these reports should be able to provide the details of the attendee, the name of the event, the date of the event and the duration of attendance.
These reports can be used as the verifiable measure for online training that includes, presentations and webinars as the training method.

Online training that is reliant solely on reading material to be completed by the attendee, will require an assessment.
