02 April 2005 LOA

The S-reference is an attempt to ensure that the public at large and the industry are protected from persons who are not fit and proper to be engaged in the business of marketing the products of the industry.

Participants in the S-reference system will not employ, accept new business
from, or pay commission to an S referenced intermediary, nor may they employ
them in a position of control over intermediaries or in control of their
training.

The LOA has implemented an enquiry mechanism on its website
