Joint statement - Following several extension requests from industry stakeholders, the Financial Services Board and National Treasury hereby extend the deadline for submission of comments on the proposed Notice for the Regulation of Hedge Funds from 23 May to 30 May 2014.
The draft Regulations are available on the official websites of the Financial Services Board (www.fsb.co.za) and National Treasury (www.treasury.gov.za).
